Hong Kong Inland Revenue ISS Strategy:
The M Group developed a five-year Information System Strategy for the Inland Revenue Department of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR. The strategy included a review of business objectives and critical success factors, a review and analysis of business processes and a best practice review of other tax organizations. The strategy was very well received and has been since implemented.
We also developed the requirements for a re-engineered business process to assess of personal, business and property tax returns and provided business measurement, cost analysis, a risk assessment and project schedules for implementation of the AFAL system
