Darryl Harker: has over 28 years’ experience in the private and public sector as a strategic advisor. He has extensive career experience working with law enforcement and national security organizations. He has served as a Senior Policy Advisor, Policy Analyst, and Special Assistant to the Department of Solicitor General in Canada. He has consulted on close to 150 different assignments to over 50 client organizations, including the British Columbia Ministry of Revenue to several Canadian Federal Ministers and Senior Executives of the Crown. His services ranged from Strategy development, strategic planning and change management; to Business, and organizational models and structures; to Business Process Reviews; to Performance management and accountability; to eServices. Darryl holds a BA from Carleton University and an MPA from Queen’s University.
He is currently based in Vancouver, Canada.
