The Philippines Bureau of Internal Revenue IT Outsourcing:
The M Group, working under a USTDA contract, developed a feasibility study and business case for the Philippines Bureau of Internal Revenue. This study included the development of technical designs, human resources, financial analysis and implementation planning to complete the BIR’s computerization and the assessment of financial, legal and operational opportunities to outsource the BIR’s technologies.
